Miley Cyrus’ fresh hairdo wants a lot of protection.

The singer allegedly reserved the crew on her personal jet coming up for four hours this week so she could visit a salon in New York.

Miley was due to jet to LA on Tuesday to film a look on TV aptitude showing American Idol.But she felt the need for a last minute touch up before boarding the plane and dropped into Manhattan’s Gemini 14 Salon to get some highlights and hair wings with her stylist Kristina Vidov, according to People.com.
