In spite of drama, Jackson's mother wins kids' custody

The desires Michael Jackson spoken in his will began to come into certainty Monday during a lengthy court hearing, with his mother placed firmly in charge of rearing his children and the two men he designated still at the reins of his financial empire.
while media fury buzzed outside, a blow motion from Jackson's longtime dermatologist injected some drama inside the courtroom: An attorney for the doctor, Arnold Klein, tried to enter objections to the parenting of Jackson's children.
Klein has had a lengthy part in Jackson's story line. He not only served as Jackson's doctor, but one of his employees, Deborah Rowe, married Jackson in 1996 and gave birth to two of the singer's children. Most recently, Klein's medical records have been subpoenaed as part of the police investigation of Jackson's death.
Given tabloid reports that he is the biological father of Jackson's two oldest children, the attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, quickly told the judge and dozens of reporters covering the hearing that biology wasn't the source of the objections.

Omer Bhatti: Michael Jackson's Secret Love Child Son?
UPDATE BELOW: Jermaine Jackson speaks out about welcoming Omer Batti into the family. There is a lot of speculation surrounding the young man in dark shades sitting with the Jackson family at Michael Jackson's memorial service.Omer Bhattiv sat between Rebbie Jackson, the eldest Jackson sibling, and Prince Michael II. He's 25, a Norwegian rapper and rumored to be Michael Jackson's secret son.
Michael reportedly told close friends several years ago that Omer was the result of a one-night stand he had with a Norwegian fan, Pia Bhatti, in 1984. "He was the King of Pop," Pia told The Sun after the singer's death. "But for us he was so much more."
Her Pakistani husband Riz said, "Make what you like. I don't want to discuss anything." Omer met Michael in 1996 during the HIStory tour, when he impressed the King of Pop with his dance moves. He later spent some time at Neverland, performed with Michael and took his MJ tribute act around the world.
UPDATE: Jermaine Jackson tells the Daily Mail that if a DNA test proves Omer is Michael's son, the Jackson family will welcome him in.
'If Omer's his son, he's his son,' Jermaine declared yesterday.
'We won't deny it. We are going to give him the same love and care that we give Prince and Paris and Blanket. I can't clearly say if he is Michael's but I saw this kid around him.'

Jermaine said Omer, who as a child looked remarkably like Jackson's seven-year-old son Blanket, was moved to the family seats at the memorial service by Jackson's eldest sister Rebbie. She wanted him closer to their mother, Katherine. 'My sister went and got him during the service and got him to sit closer to my mother,' Jermaine said.
Is Omer Batti Jackson's Biological Son?
There is now a good news and rumour swelling around that Micheal Jackson actually left behind two biological children (Omer Bhatti and Blankett)Everyone knows that Blankett looks like Micheal Jackson and this is most probably his biological child, however the other latest rumour is that: Omer Bhatti is also Jackson's biological child.
Omer Bhatti is a 25 year old dancer, originally from Norway. He began spending huge amounts of time at Neverland and on tour with Michael Jackson in the 1990’s. While his presence has never been officially explained, he is rumored to be Jackon’s secret love child from a one-night stand.
The popular theory is that Jackson had a fling with Norwegian fan Pia Bhatti in 1984. After he was born, it is said that Jackson sent two employees to Norway to help his mother raise him. He then first met Omer in 1996, after the 12-year-old impressed Jackson with his dancing.
These rumors were further fueled after Omer sat with Jackson’s siblings at his widely publicized memorial.
Sources believe that Bhatti is now seeking to take a DNA test, to prove that Jackson his father. Do you believe it?Jackson Doctor 's Home seek out
Encounter of the Wedding Dance show
When Jill and Kevin Heinz's "Wedding Entrance Dance" went viral last week (and spurred a network news turf war), it was but the latest in a long conga line of YouTube clips starring brides and grooms doing the robot, making like Michael Jackson and otherwise performing their apparent homage to "Evolution of Dance."
And if you don't know what "Evolution of Dance" is, then you're just the sheltered type who really, really needs our quick look at the incredibly dense genre of wedding dance videos.

Klein did surgical procedure on Jackson in Gyno headquarters

Dr. Arnold Klein formerly took Michael Jackson to the staff next door to his -- sprint by a gynecologist focusing in vaginal innovation to achieve a slight acne treatment on the singer under full anesthesia.
When we spoke with Dr. Harvey Richmond who told us ... around 2003, Dr. Klein asked him if he could use Richmond's surgery center in his office to perform a procedure on Jackson.
Dr. Richmond says, per Klein's request, he got an anesthesiologist and a scrub tech who worked on Jackson.
Dr. Richmond says he found it "odd" that Dr. Klein performed "some sort of acne treatment" with full anesthesia. Dr. Richmond says he believes the anesthesia used was Propofol, the same drug that may have killed Jackson.
Dr. Richmond says the 2003 procedure was the only time Dr. Klein used his office for Jackson.
And there's this -- Dr. Richmond says Jackson stiffed him on the bill, eventually only paying half after Richmond threatened to take the singer to Beverly Hills small claims court.

Michael Jackson Gost Foto Video Penampakan Hantu

Ghosts is a short film starring Michael Jackson and directed by film director and special effects guru Stan Winston which could also be classified as a long-form music video. It was filmed and first screened in 1996 and released along with select prints of the film Stephen King's THINNER. It was released a year later internationally on VHS.
The film tells the story of a scary Maestro with supernatural powers, who is being forced out of a small town by its mayor. The movie includes a series of dance routines performed by Michael Jackson and his "family" of ghouls. Every song from the film was taken from Michael Jackson's HIStory and Blood on the Dance Floor albums. The film is also notable for an early film appearance of rapper Mos Def.
The Maestro (Jackson) lives alone in a creepy-looking mansion on top of a hill, overlooking the town of "Normal Valley". Occasionally, he entertains the local children with scary magic tricks. One of the children tells his mother, who alerts the town Mayor (also played by Jackson); he in turn organizes the townspeople to go to the Maestro's mansion and force him out of town. Some of them show reluctance to do so, but are pressured into joining the Mayor on his crusade.
On a stormy night they go to the Maestro's mansion (which instead of a numbered address, is addressed "Someplace Else") holding flaming torches. When they arrive at the mansion, it is guarded by a large gate. They peer in through the gate, and by the haunting look of the mansion, have second thoughts about entering. The children assure the parents that the Maestro has done nothing wrong, and ask that they leave him alone. But the Mayor remarks, "He's a weirdo, and there's no place in this town for weirdos".
The front gate opens, frightening the townspeople, who make their way to the front door, which also opens by itself. The inside of the mansion appears to them even creepier than the outside, and the parents re-assure their children (and themselves) "there's no such thing as ghosts". They make their way into the house, and once they are all inside, the front door slams shut and locks itself.
Two more large doors swing open revealing a large, darkened dance hall. Hesitantly, the townspeople make their way to the dance hall, where they are greeted by The Maestro who makes a scary yet comical entrance. The Mayor angrily confronts him, calling the Maestro "strange", "weird", and a "freak", and telling him that he's not welcome in their town. The Maestro defends himself, and in response the Mayor threatens "Are you going to leave, or am I going to have to hurt you?" (The townspeople appear not to be as forceful in their position, but don't offer an objection).
To this the Maestro replies, "You're trying to scare me, aren't you?...I guess I have no choice; I have to try and scare you." He then makes a series of funny faces, which the Mayor calls "ridiculous" and "not funny". In a change of tone, the Maestro asks, "Is this scary?" and pulls his face sideways before pulling his face down and stretches his mouth. Then he continues to stretch his face more, ultimately pulls off his face to reveal his skull and laughing maniacally. The frightened townspeople run for the doors, which the Maestro shuts with his magical powers, then smashes his skull with his fists, revealing his normal head.
The Maestro then introduces his "family" of ghouls who, along with the Maestro, perform an extended dance routine (to original music composed by Jackson) which alternately impresses and scares the townspeople. During this sequence, the Maestro's acts include ripping his skin off to reveal a skeletal body; possessing the Mayor and making him dance; and transforming the Mayor into an ugly, horrific demon while remarking, "Who's the freak now?" ," Freaky Boy, Freak circus freak".
After his performance ends, the Maestro asks, "Do you still want me to go?". While the townspeople respond "no", the mayor vehemently says "Yes!". The Maestro quietly agrees by saying, "Fine...I'll go." He falls, and after smashing his hands and face into the floor his face and body violently start to crumble into dust on the floor, which is then blown away by the wind. The townspeople are saddened by this, and somewhat sorry to see him go. The Mayor however thinks he has come out victorious and heads for the doors saying "I Showed him". When he opens them he finds a monstrous-looking Maestro-demon head which says "HELLO" and terrifies him, and he runs away scared (leaving a comically Mayor-shaped hole in the glass door).

Michael Jackson Converts To Islam

MICHAEL JACKSON has become a Muslim - and changed his name to Mikaeel. Have broadcast by NEIL SYSON Published : 21 Nov 2008 at The Sun
Ceremony ... pop of king Jacko. The skint superstar, 50, donned Islamic garb to pledge allegiance to the Koran in a ceremony at a pal's mansion in Los Angeles, The Sun can reveal.
Jacko sat on the floor wearing a tiny hat after an Imam was summoned to officiate - days before the singer is due to appear at London's High Court where he is being sued by an Arab sheik.
A source told last night how Jacko, brought up as a Jehovah's Witness, decided to convert as he used a studio at the home of his chum to record a new album.
The star - whose hits include The Way You Make Me Feel - was spotted looking "a bit down" by a producer and a songwriter who had both embraced Islam.
The source said: "They began talking to him about their beliefs, and how they thought they had become better people after they converted. Michael soon began warming to the idea.
"An Imam was summoned from the mosque and Michael went through the shahada, which is the Muslim declaration of belief." Mikaeel is the name of one of Allah's angels.
"Jacko rejected an alternative name, Mustafa - meaning "the chosen one".
Brit singer Yousef Islam, 60 - who was called Cat Stevens until he famously converted - turned up to help Jacko celebrate.
It was his pals David Wharnsby - a Canadian songwriter - and producer Phillip Bubal who counselled Jacko. The pair's new names are Dawud Wharnsby Ali and Idris Phillips.
Jacko now prays to Mecca after the ceremony at the Hollywood Hills home of Toto keyboard player Steve Porcaro, 51, who composed music on the singer's Thriller album.
Jacko, who rarely ventures out without a mask, is due to give evidence on Monday in a 4.7 million lawsuit brought by Prince Abdulla Al-Khalif of Bahrain.
The sheik claims he bankrolled the singer's lavish lifestyle in exchange for an exclusive recording contract. The billionaire sent songs for him to record but claims he was blanked. He told the court yesterday: "Many times he confirmed to me he would pay me back."

Katherina Jackson, Jackson Mom Guardian Children Jacko
Beckloff has approved the appointment of Katherine Jackson, 79, based on the documents submitted by pengacaranya name. One petition asked the High Court of Los Angeles Katherina Jackson requested to be appointed as guardian of the child, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, 7.
Children were in care since their fathers death Jackson last week at the age of 50 years in Los Angeles. Further examination has been scheduled on August 3, several court officials said.
Londell McMillan family lawyers have confirmed, Sunday, Katherina Jackson akan enforce a claim for legal nurture children."She will ask for the protection of children. It is very pity them," McMillan said to CNN.
Guardianship papers for Michael Jackson's children have been filed, and Katherine Jackson -- the matriarch of the Jackson family -- wants to continue caring for the King of Pop's three children.
In the papers filed on Monday, Katherine says that she is currently caring for Jackson's three children: 'Prince' Michael Joseph (12), Paris Michael Katherine (11) and Prince Michael II (7). Katherine is also petitioning to take over the children's estate, which has an "unknown" value in the papers.
During a press conference on Monday, Joe Jackson explained why they're seeking guardianship of the children. "We're the parents. This is where they belong. We're going to take care of them and give them the education they're supposed to have."
Jackson went on to add that "Debbie Rowe has nothing to do with what we're doing," referencing the biological mother of the children. The filing lists the children as living at the Jacksons' family compound in the San Fernando Valley, northwest of Los Angeles.
"Minor children are currently residing with paternal grandmother," the filing states in an explanation of why Katherine Jackson should be appointed guardian. "They have a long established relationship with paternal grandmother and are comfortable in her care."
The filings provide no other declarations by Katherine Jackson, nor do they state whether Michael Jackson left a will.
The filings note that Deborah Rowe is the mother of the Jackson's two eldest children, but list her whereabouts as "unknown." An e-mail message sent to Rowe's attorney seeking comment wasn't immediately returned Monday morning.
For Michael Jackson's third child, nicknamed as Blanket, the filing states "None" for the mother. Londell McMillan, the Jacksons' attorney, said the family hasn't heard from Deborah Rowe, the mother of Jackson's two oldest children, about custody.
The lawyer for Michael Jackson's mother filed documents in court today, sounding the alarm that people up to no good will try and fleece Michael's estate. The court had apparently had enough concern to make Katherine the administrator of the estate pending a hearing next Monday.
Katherine's attorney, Burt Levitch, claims there are numerous bank accounts of Michael's that are being controlled by third parties. He says the bank accounts are used "to pay expenses of [Michael's] parents' home." Levitch says these bank accounts need to be controlled so third parties don't misspend the money.
Levitch also says there is worry about Michael's stake in the Sony-ATV Music Publishing Catalog -- which includes Beatles' works -- that Levitch says is the most important asset in the estate. Levitch says no one is now representing Michael's interests and he wants Katherine to step in her late son's shoes.
Levitch says at least one person is claiming to have a power of attorney to act on Michael's behalf. Although a power of attorney would have ended when Michael died, Levitch worries that not everyone knows that and assets could be misappropriated.
And the family is questioning whether a will really exists, because no one has informed them of that fact. We're told attorney John Branca, who was re-hired by Michael three weeks ago, is in possession of a will.
Katherine has the right under the order "to control tangible personal property currently in the physical possession of a third party, and to marshall and secure such assets."
