LINDSAY LOHAN FAILS DRUG TEST

A shocked Lindsay Lohan has failed her first court-mandated drug test, A sources confirmed to Pop Eater on Friday.

"Lindsay cannot consider this is occurrence," a source close to Lohan tells. "It's like she learned not anything from her time in prison and rehab. Now we are all shocked that she could go back to jail."The conditions of Lohan's trial make it very clear that she'll get 30 days in jail for a positive test result--leaving her family and friends shocked about what is going to happen next."If anyone around Lindsay was in denial, that has all changed now," a Lohan relative’s friend tells. "People affliction from infatuation need constant help and not everyone around Lindsay admitted she had a problem. She was staying out late in LA as soon as she left rehab and while in New York this past Saturday night, she was seen out at The Boom Room with a amass of girls awaiting 2:15 am."

Lil Wayne won't be going to jail today after all -- this time due to a fire today in the basement of Manhattan Criminal Court, We were told the fire occurred sending smoke throughout the building and causing a complete evacuation.
After all fire was controlled by y 11:55 AM ET -- but the damage was done ... because Lil Wayne's attorney says the courthouse has now been shut down for the rest of the day.
Wayne -- who pled at fault to attempted weapons control last year -- was supposed to be sentenced last month ... but the rapper was able to delay the hearing until today so he could have dental surgery on his grill.

Judge to Lindsay: You Can't Handle the absence!

It's hard to imagine wanting an extra year of probation, but when you're Lindsay Lohan -- and facing possible jail time -- it's actually a good thing.

A judge today decided to extend Lindsay's probation another year so she can finish her alcohol education classes. Her lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, told the judge Lindsay has been extremely busy and has only been able to complete about half her classes.

Specifically, Lindsay has completed 15 of 26 individual alcohol classes and 13 of 26 group alcohol classes and 13 of 28 self-help sessions. She completed all six education classes.

The prosecutor said if the court has to jump through hoops again to accommodate Lindsay, jail is the only answer.

All sides will be back in court for another progress hearing on December 15.
