Glee Guru Ryan Murphy Apologizes for Kings of Leon Tirade

It looks like Ryan Murphy is altering his tune.

In the wake up of all the harmful mind the show's maker got after he lashed out at Kings of Leon for the band's decision not to have their song "Use Somebody" performed on his hit series Glee, Murphy is now apologized for the comments he made.

"I didn't speak with as much clarity as I would have liked. Who am I to say 'F--k you?' That's not what I meant." he tells the Hollywood Reporter. "I completely understand when artists don't want a show or another artist to interpret their songs. In fact, I respect it. It's their personal work and I'd feel the same way. We get turned down all the time and I don't fight it or even go back after a rejection."

In fact, Murphy recalls how Björk recently rejected him, but insists he holds no ill feelings towards her.

"She read the scene and didn't think it was the right fit for her song," he says. "I told her, 'That's completely cool,' and she said to come back to her down the road. We deal with that every day."

And it seems he's still dealing with the fallout from his KOL tirade. At the recent SXSW Festival, Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters took a moment to label Murphy "a f--king jerk" for "thinking anybody and everybody should want to do Glee."

"I've never felt that if you don't give Glee your music, there's rather diabolical about you," says Murphy when the subject of Grohl's comments came up. "To the contrary: I support artists and what they choose to do...I think Kings of Leon are cool as s--t. The Foo Fighters are brilliant. We'd love to do one their songs, if they were yet involved."

Yeah, good luck with that.

Dying for Celebrity Rehab 4 spoilers? We can help. Rumors are swirling that Dr. Drew had to separate roommates Janice Dickinson and Rachel Uchitel  because the two women fought constantly. In fact, the situation was so bad that Uchitel allegedly left the show for 24 hours and stayed in a nearby hotel; though, producers convinced her to come back the next day.

 So what exactly was at the root of all the tension? Apparently ego and self-esteem issues were at play. Specifically, as one insider put it:

Excellent point, Janice. How dare Rachel refer to herself as a celebrity... That title should only be reserved for people like ... you?

Trying to determine which of these women is the bigger celebrity is like trying to find meaning in an episode of Jersey Shore. But I'm always up for a challenge so let's have a look at their resumes.....

First up is: Janice Dickinson. The self-proclaimed world's first supermodel, Janice has since appeared in many, many reality shows including America's Next Top Model, The Surreal Life, The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here, and a Finnish version of Top Model. But she's probably best known for being really annoying at all times.

Though Rachel Uchitel's Wikipedia page is much shorter, she, too, is a household name. Aka Tiger Woods' Mistress No. 1, Rachel allegedly received $10 million from Woods to keep quiet about their affair. Since then, she has kept busy working as a special nightlife correspondent on Extra, filming a reality series called Romancing Rachel, posing for Playboy, and denying that she slept with David Boreanaz.

Both women have stacked resumes to be sure, but if forced to pick a winner in the contest of who is the bigger celebrity, I think I'm going to have to go with Janice -- if only because she was actually on a show called I'm a Celebrity ... and Rachel wasn't. I mean, really, how can you argue with that?

In the end, everyone is a winner, simply because we get to watch them on the new season of Celebrity Rehab 4. Can't wait for that!

ABC Family make good 10 Things I Hate About You

We confirmed wholly from ABC folks that the network has picked up the back 10 episodes of 10 Things I Hate About Yours first season! According to show runner Carter Covington, those episodes are likely to premiere beginning in January 2010.

Yeah its, Eastwick. Your explain has witches, Rebecca Romijn, Lindsay Price, Sara Rue, a talented show runner and some respectable source material. So why is this rendition of Eastwick, at least as evidenced by the pilot, so unbelievably cheesy and dull?

Yeah, cheesy and dull. It brings us no joy to say this. Rebecca Romijn is a wonderful woman! We love witches! (We watched Charmed until the bitter end.) The movie was awesome girl-power cheese! But this...This is just a debacle.

Jesse Metcalfe's Naked Truth

Jesse Metcalfe might have made a name for himself by showing off his impressive pictures playing gardener John Rowland on Desperate Housewives, but that doesn't mean he'll be stripping down when he reprises his role in the upcoming season of the hit ABC series.

The champion for Big Brother 10 is Sophie Reade

Glamour model wannabe Sophie Reade was voted the winner of Big Brother 10 Friday night.

The 21 year old blonde beat Siavash Sabbaghpour and David Ramsden into second and third place respectively to win the £71,320 prize.

Charlie Drummond came fourth and Rodrigo Lopes took fifth place.

So what Sophie next move gonna be?

The Biggest Loser

We dare you not to cry during the season-eight premiere of The Biggest Loser. In fact, make that a double-dog-dare.

Goosebumps ran up and down our arms as we watched Tracey Yukich, 37, try to crawl to the finish line of the one-mile mark only to be taken away by medics. Our eyes welled up as Abby Rike, 35, told the tragic tale of losing her husband and two small children in a car crash.

If anyone dismissed The Biggest Loser as just another weight-loss show, think again. Now is the time to get into what is arguably one of the most emotional rollercoasters on reality TV today.

Derek Hough: Dancing with the Stars

At least one person out there who thinks politics Tom DeLay has an actual chance for going far in Dancing with the Stars.

Paula Abdul's excellent buddy and previous American Idol wannabe Michael Johns speaks it's time for the reality show's makers to pay up.
He doesn't understand why they didn't give the ousted judge what she wanted to stay on.
"She's not asking for what [Ryan] Seacrest is getting paid," Johns told us last night at In Style editor Ariel Foxman's Summer Soiree party at the London hotel in West Hollywood. "She's asking for $20 million over three years, so I think she totally deserves that money. She's a huge reason people tune in to the show…I think Fox should pull their finger out and pay her what she deserves."
Johns said Abdul confided in him during the negotiations.
